ΧΑΟΣ Zine

ΧΑΟΣ is 48 page, full color zine featuring the photography of PRESSURE founder and creative director Theodoros Gennitsakis.

The photos document Gennitsakis’s world in and around the northern Greek town of Serres. His friends, his family, the landscape, the animals, the religion, the vagrancy, the fun, the love he has for this often overlooked part of the country.

The zine is housed in a semi-transparent signature red sleeve with a custom sticker of a classic Greek priest in the upper left hand corner.

PRESSURE: Arab and Greek graphics and mythology, the Mediterranean, salty messages, Xaos and love.

HYPER HYPO: from the Greek prefixes υπερ and υπο, which mean above and below. The love for all things visual, from high culture to subculture.

PRESSURE X HYPER HYPO: A merging of a common reverence for art and street, city and countryside, classical and contemporary, religious imagery and pagan attitude, queer and straight, cult and mainstream, love and love.
