EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

If you are dealing as a consumer, you can withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products, or in the case of an order with several products after 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify the Company by telephone at +30 211 7359628 or by sending an email to [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement.

To withdraw in time, it is sufficient to send your communication about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Legal Withdrawal results

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund to you without delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are notified of the withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges.

You will not be charged any fees for this refund. Subject to the above, we may however withhold the refund either until we receive all the products back or until we receive evidence that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

You may return or deliver the products by at your own cost to the Headquarters through, without culpable delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this Agreement.

You are deemed to have done this in due time if you have given the products for dispatch before the 14-day deadline has passed.

You are responsible for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality. All sealed products must remain sealed.

Contractual Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the right of withdrawal provided to the consumer as stated above, we grant you a period of 30 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation to return the products.

In case you return the products on time within the contractual withdrawal period, but late for the legal withdrawal period, only the value of the returned products will be refunded to you. The direct costs incurred due to the return of these products will be borne by you.

You may exercise the right of withdrawal, however, if you inform us of the withdrawal after the expiry of the deadline for legal withdrawal, you are in any case obliged to return the products to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract applies only to products returned in exactly the same condition (i.e in its original packaging) as you received them. No amount will be refunded to you if the product has been used after it has been opened, if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered or if it has been damaged.

Please return the products using or including the original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may have accompanied the products. In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Lost Items

Items can be delayed in the postal system, so we ask that you exercise patience before contacting us. All shipments are sent with track and signed service whether domestic or international. Therefore, any lost items will be handed via the shipping company.

Damaged Items

If your item has arrived damaged please contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your order. The email should include your order number and accompanying photographic evidence of the damage including full documentation of the packaging as arrived. If all of the above requirements are fulfilled and verified, we will replace your item with another copy where available, or offer a refund of your item required. You may be required to return the damaged item by post if requested. Incorrect Items

If for whatever reason you have received the wrong item, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement where available or offer a refund of your item as required. The email should include your order number and accompanying photographic evidence of the error. You may be required to return the item received in error by post if requested.

Exceptions to Returns

We cannot accept returns on the following items. Items described as non-returnable/non- refundable, items damaged after purchase. Items not in their original state (wrapping, stickers etc). Magazines/periodicals, unless faulty. Items under the description: Sale items are non-returnable.

Returns Shipping Costs

We cannot be liable for refunding shipping costs or import duties incurred by the customer involved with the return of damaged or unwanted items. This is at the cost of the customer and we encourage in store returns if possible.

If you believe that the product you ordered does not comply, at the time of delivery, with the terms of the Contract, you should contact us immediately via our online contact form, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by calling us at +30 211 7359628 or by sending us an email at [email protected] and we will give you instructions for further action.

You must return the product to us at the address indicated on the receipt that you will receive upon delivery of the product.

We will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a refund or replacement (if applicable).

The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.
