Book launch: Eleni Bagaki, She left, she left again, she left once more

This Thursday, October 6, join artist Eleni Bagaki and us for the launch of her book “She left, she left again, she left once more.” From 19:00, in our project space, the artist will be talking about her literal and metaphorical journey in the creation of this work/publication. Already one of our new favorites, the book was written over the course of 3 years of traveling and living from place to place in the context of a series of art residencies. In an existential quest, Eleni traveled to Hucisko, Berlin, São Paulo, Stockholm, Fogo Island, and Bergen before moving back to Athens. These places become the background to the artist’s exploration of the act of living/leaving in the search for happiness and some kind of meaning. It will be enlightening and fun. You should come.
