Ikaria | Kalymnos: Book Presentation

Join us today, September 17, 7:30pm for the presentation of two small format publications by photographer & videographer Eva Balasi.

Eva Balasi will talk about her travel and photography project to these two emblematic Greek islands and will also screen a short film about Kalymnos.

In her words: “For me Ikaria means freedom, a new beginning and rejuvenation.” While for Kalymnos: “It smells of the sea, iodine from the sponges, oregano from the mountains, and stories from people who have made their living from sponge diving.”

The talk will be held in Greek but the books are bilingual.
