Book launch: Dimitris Tairis, Kerkis

Hyper Hypo is very proud to announce our newest publication, the photo book “Kerkis” by photographer Dimitris Tairis.
The book takes us on a very personal photographic journey of intimate everyday moments accompanied by hand-written notes which tell the story of the photographer’s relationship with another man during the summer and fall of 2019, while living together in the foothills of Mount Kerkis on the island of Samos.
In Dimitris’s own words “Two men put their pasts behind them to build a new life together. One contributes more, one contributes less. Isn’t that always the case?”

Please join us for the launch next Thursday, January 18th at 8pm where Dimitris will talk about his work and sign copies.
The talk will be held in Greek but the book is trilingual (Greek, English and ❤️💔).
