On Thursday, July 24th, 8:00-11:00pm Hyper Hypo invites to the book launch soirée of The Greek Islands Cookbook by Carolina Doriti at Bar Amore, Menaichmou 1-3, Athens. With a specially created menu of recipes from the book!

Packed with sun-soaked flavours and fresh Aegean and Ionian island recipes, this richly illustrated and thorough cookbook captures the essence of Greek island cooking. Carolina Doriti will be joining us at the best spritzeria in town and our favorite hangout, Bar Amore, to cook up a few delicious small plates from the book to pair with Amore’s signature spritzes and wines.

Carolina Doriti, born in Athens and trained in the UK, is a chef, writer, and culinary tour leader. She’s the Culinary Producer of My Greek Table (PBS/Amazon Prime) and a passionate storyteller of Greek gastronomic traditions. Her writing has appeared in top international publications, and this is her second cookbook following Salt of the Earth.
