DAZED #287: The New Gen Issue

Launched in 1991 as Dazed & Confused and conceived as an alternative to mainstream style, fashion and culture magazines, Dazed is now a big name itself, with global distribution and a host of sister publications including Another Magazine, and Hunger.

For Spring 2025, this is the ‘Next Gen’ issue, reflecting on ‘a new wave of young, talented and hopeful individuals’ as we find ourselves already more than halfway through this (eventful) decade. Showcasing the likes of American rapper Doechii, models Amelia Gray and Diane Chiu, Afrobeats star Rema, plus features on eight rising stars of the UK’s underground rap scene, the fight for Maori rights in Aotearoa (so-called New Zealand), and the fate of trans youth in America after Trump’s re-election.
